TSA Reminds Holiday Travelers - Bring REAL ID
Los Angeles, CA— Travelers flying out of Los Angeles this holiday season should prepare for both heavy crowds and heavy rains. The TSA published a press release today reminding travelers of REAL ID requirements.
Aery Aviation facing $15+ million fine
NEWPORT NEWS, Va: Aery Aviation LLC is facing a massive $15.7 million fine this New Year after an FAA investigation revealed hundreds of unauthorized flights. Between 2021 and 2022, the company allegedly skipped critical maintenance and bypassed safety certifications while conducting specialized flight operations in crowded Virginia skies. “Aery’s operations using unairworthy aircraft were careless or reckless so as to endanger lives or property of others, the FAA alleges” on their Dec. 22, 2025 post.
FAA to Reduce Flights at 40 Airports
Washington, DC — Air travelers could face cancellations starting Friday as the FAA begins reducing flight capacity at 40 of the nation’s busiest airports. Locally, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Ontario International (ONT) are included on the list; Burbank Airport (BUR) is not.
