This California Notice applies to information of California residents that constitutes “Personal Information” under the California Privacy Laws to the extent that we handle such Personal Information in our capacity as a business under the California Privacy Laws. For purposes of this California Notice Section of this Privacy Policy, the capitalized term “Personal Information” refers to information of California residents that constitutes “personal information” under the California Privacy Laws. This California Notice does not apply to information exempt from, or otherwise not subject to, the requirements of the California Privacy Laws.

iSpyVNY does not knowingly nor willingly collect, retain, or share personal information. We do not track users, store data, or engage in any form of personal data processing. As a non-commercial website, we do not sell, share, or use personal information for any purpose. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or third-party embeds that collect user data. Accordingly, we do not offer opt-out mechanisms, access requests, or data deletion options—because no personal data is collected or processed by iSpyVNY.
